RESOLUTION NO. 9 -1998
A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE REPLAT OF A PORTION OF BLOCK E, GANT
ADDITION, IN THE CITY OF VAN BUREN, ARKANSAS.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF VAN BUREN,
ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1: That subject to the assurances provided in the Subdivision Regulations
being executed to assure that all improvements are put in, the replat of a
portion of Block E, Gant Addition, in order to create Lot 9, is approved.
SECTION 2: That the Mayor is authorized and directed to sign said replat plan and
the City Clerk is authorized and directed to attest same upon the filing
of the assurities mentioned above.
PASSED AND APPROVED THIS 26TH DAY OF JANUARY 1998.
