ORD NO 13-1998 CITY OF VAN BUREN, ARKANSAS
ORDINANCE NO. 3 -1998
AN ORDINANCE ACCEPTING SOUTH 28TH CIRCLE INTO THE CITY STREET
SYSTEM.
WHEREAS, The City contracted for the reconstruction of South 28th
Circle and said reconstruction is completed and inspected and
approved to be accepted by the City into the City's street
system.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF VAN BUREN, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1: That South 28th Circle, a street 783 feet in length running
east from South 28th Street to the entrance gates of Buck
Shell's property, is hereby accepted into the City's street
system.
