RESOLUTION NO. 6- 4 1999
A RESOLUTION APPROVING FINAL PLAT FOR WALMART SUBDIVISION, IN THE CITY OF VAN
BUREN, ARKANSAS.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF VAN BUREN, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1: THAT subject to the assurances provided in the SubDivision
Regulations being executed to assure that all improvements
are put in, WalMart Sub Division is approved.
SECTION 2: THAT the Mayor is authorized and directed to sign said plat
plan and the City Clerk is authorized and directed to attest
same upon the filing of the assurities mentioned above.
