Fire Chief Tim Arnold spoke to the commission explaining the issues and the need to keep the street clear for their fire equipment vehicles and ambulances. Charlotte Mizell, 2316 Peal Circle, addressed the commission with concerns about losing the ability to park on the cul-de-sac of Pearl Circle. She stated that her driveway is shorter than most, her garage is too full to park cars inside of, and that they have nowhere else to park their third vehicle other than on the street.
