My single-family residence sitting at 811 Powderhorn Circle, Van Buren, AR, lot 85, Oliver Springs Subdivision IV, parcel number 700-05130-219, with a total living space of 2178 square feet was built in 2009 with a 3-car garage. Since ownership of the property improvements have been made not limited to fencing the backyard and widening the driveway. Future improvements will include an unattached garage as well. To ease congestion onto my property, I would like to widen the driveway entry from its current width of 40 feet to 60 feet. The property west of mine has powerlines running across it and is planned to be part of a Van Buren City walking trail in the future. There are city vehicles, including tractors, that would benefit from the widening of the driveway entry to my home as it could be used to more easily access the city -owned property adjacent.
