RES NO 08-01-2003 CITY OF VAN BUREN, ARKANSAS RESOLUTION Nr;: -g -2©03 WHEREAS, Du -All Construction, Inc. has filed a Petition with this Council seeking to vacate the following described street: All that portion of Wood Street (platted as Line Street) lying generally South of Lots 8, 9, 10 and 11, Block 52, Original Town of Van Buren, Arkansas. AND, WHEREAS, applicable law requires the City Council to fix a day certain for the hearing of said Petition. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Clerk of Van Buren, Arkansas, is hereby directed to give notice that said Petition to Vacate and Close Street will be heard by this Council on the 15TH day of SEPTEMBER 2003, at the regularly scheduled September meeting of the Van Buren City Council. Said notice shall further provide the name of Petitioner herein and the name of the portion of the street to be closed. PASSED AND ADOPTED this b day of 2003. CU MAYO VAN BUREN CITY CLERIC 0
