An Ordinance entitled: An Ordinance to amend Ordinance Nu.
0 7 -1963, for the purpose of zoning certain property in the City
of Van Buren, Arkansas.
,BE IT ORDAINED AND ENACTED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
VAN BUREN, ARKANSAS.
That thu following described property, to wit:
The NZ, SE,„ Suction 13, Township 9 North, Range
32 West, es per plat filed with the Planning Commission
.same being the Swearingen property except the following
beginning at the SW Corner of said property thence north
350 feet, thence east 660 feet, thence South 330 feet,
thence West 660 feat to point of beginning,
0 should be and is hereby zoned from R -1 and C -1 to C -2 and the
zoning map of thu city of Van Buren is hereby amended to so show.
Passed and approved this 5th day of May, 1969.
