An Ordinance untitled: An Ordinance to amend Ordinance No.
0 7 -1963, for the purpose of zoning certain property in the City of
Van Buren, and amending the zoning map of the City of Van Buren,
Arkansas.
BE IT ORDAINED ..ND ENACTED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
VAN BUREN, ARKnNSIS.
That the following described property, to wit:
Lots 5 -6 Homer Smith Survey the same buing Part
of the SW* of SEI of Section 20 Township 9 North,
Range 31 West.,
should be and is hereby zoned from R -2 to R03 and the zoning map
of the City of Van Bunn is hereby amended to so show.
