a. WHEREAS, this sanitary sewer project is partially funded through a grant made

Urban Development identified as Project No._ WSF- AR -06 -37 -19
the bids suCmitted have been tabulated and certified by the Engineers,
and the Board of Commissioners of Van Buren Sewer Improvement DistrictES1 has
awarded the contract to Rangeline Field Services, Inc., Tulsa,, Oklahoma, subject
to the concurrence and. approval of the. Department ef'Housing and Urban Develop`rnent
and the United States Environmental Protection Agency,:

WHEREAS,. it is requested by the Board of Commissioners. of Van Buren Sewer 1„
Improvement District ES1 that the City of Van Buren concur in the award of the
construction contract •subject. to concurrence of the Department of Housing and Urban
Development and the Environmental Protection Agency;
•o NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by•the City Council of the City of Van Buren,
Arkansas, that the construction hid of Rangeline Field Services;. Inc.: be approved -.J
