WHEREAS, a disposition public offering of certain p osition

iith the approved land disposal procedure; and
WHEREAS, a bid from Action Homes, inc. is the higest received from bidders who met
the bidding requirements; and
WHEREAS, the Ueban Renewal Agency of the City of Van Buren has ascertained the qualifications
and financial responsibility of the proposed redeveloper.
