WHEREAS, a disposition public offering of certain p osition parcels was made on August 24, i 1973, April 3, 1974 September 3, 1974, and September 25, 1974. in accordance I iith the approved land disposal procedure; and WHEREAS, a bid from Action Homes, inc. is the higest received from bidders who met the bidding requirements; and WHEREAS, the Ueban Renewal Agency of the City of Van Buren has ascertained the qualifications and financial responsibility of the proposed redeveloper. 30'd, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE URBAN RENEWAL COrAMISSIOU OF THE URBAN RENEWAL AGENCY OF THE CITY OF VAN BUREN. 1 1. k That the Chairman of the Urban Renewal Commission be authorized to accept the bid of action homes, inc. following disposition parcel i; at the listed bid price: PARCEL LEGAL DESCRIPTION SIZE USE PRICE 275 Lots 1 2, Roosevelt Addition 5,250 R 51,050.07 Crawford County Arkansas 'ell That the acceptance of this bid is in accordance with the approved land disposition program. 111. On roll cal there were five who voted aye and none voted nay. The Mayor Declared the resolution approved. Another resolution was then presented to the council by the Urban Renewal board. This resolution may be found on T r page513. Clyde Taylor made the notion to accept this resolution and Ray Gann secnnded the motion.
