WHEREAS, the City of Van Buren, Arkansas is currently engaged in a water and sew
WHEREAS, it is necessary to go under track owned by the Missouri Pacific
Railroad Company,
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF VAN BIUREN ARKANS
That the Mayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized and directed to
execute the following contracts:
(1) G81 -C -4 for $100.00.
j (2) 661 -0 -4 for $10.00.
