not completed Mr Rowe was advised to complete work and notify the Mayor who, with the S'

I'Assr tant Police Chief John L Black appeared before the council with o request that all
1be placed on leash from Scot 15th to Oct 1st, and any dons running loose between these
all be disposed of by the city police, remotion by Alderman rink seconded by AldermaiTh'sataOr
