AN ORDINANCE ENTITLED: AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND ORDINANCE it 7 -1963 FOR THE
PURPOSE OF REZONING CERTAIN PROPERTY IN THE CITY OF VAN BUREN, ARKANSAS,
AND AMENDING THE ZONING MAP OF THE CITY OF VAN BUREN, ARKANSAS.
BE IT ORDAINED AND ENACTED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF VAN
BUREN, ARKANSAS, that the following described property, to wit:
Part of the Northwest Quarter of the Northeast Quarter of
Section 24, Township 9 North, Range 32 West, more particularly
described as starting at the Northeast Corner thereof; thence
North 86 degrees 38 minutes West 663.1 feet to the point of
beginning; thence South 02 degrees 12 minutes West 841.2 feet;
thence South 86 degrees 38 minutes East 100 feet; thence North
02 degrees 12 minutes East 840.02 feet; thence North 86 degrees
38 minutes West 100.feet to the point of beginning.
should be and is hereby zones as C -2, and the zoning Map of the City of
Van Buren, Arkansas, is hereby amended to so show.
