CITY OF VAN BUREN, ARKANSAS
RESOLUTION (-77
WHEREAS, Broadway Corporation has filed with the City of Van
Buren, Arkansas, its petition to dose an unnamed street North of Lot 7,
Block C, Segar Addition to the City of Van Buren, Arkansas.
WHEREAS, said City Council has set such application for hearing
on July 11, 1977, at 7:30 P.M.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the City Clerk be and
and -she hereby is authorized and directed to give notice of
such hearing by publication once a week for two consecutive
weeks in the Press Argus newapaper the such application will be
heard on the llth day of July, 1977, at 7:30 P.M.
