RESOLUTION NO. -1979
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE MAYOR TO TAKE BIDS ON THREE
NEW POLICE CARS TO RE CHARGED TO 1978 REVENUE SHARING BALANCE.
RE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF VAN BUREN, ARKANSAS,
1. That the Mayor is authorized and directed to draft specifications
for 3 (three) new police cars, and
2. That after said specifications are incorporated into a "Notice
To Bidders the City Clerk is authorized and directed to ad-
vertise for bids on said cars.
3. That said cars shall be charged to 1978 Revenue Sharing Balance.
