A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE MAYOR TO TAKE BIDS FOR FNLARGING
THE CITY CLERK'S Or'r'ICE.
IATTREFOEE, the City of Van Buren, Arkansas, needs to enlarge the City
Clerk's office to make more efficient use of our space.
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF VAN BUREN, ARKANSAS,
1. THAT the Mayor is authorized and directed to prepare a "Notice
To Bidders and
2. THAT the City Clerk is authorized and directed to advertise for
bids for this work, and
3. THAT the funds for the above work are to be paid out of the Con-
struction Fund Account.
