A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING WORK AROUND THE LIBRARY WHICH IS TO BE CHARGED TO
THE CONSTRUCTION FUND.
WHEREAS, the following work needs to be done at the library:
1. Wrought Iron Work on Windows Appx. 5312.00
2. Remove Brick Wall (Estimated Cost) 100.00
3. New Lights Under Canopy Appx. 120.00
4. Shrubs, Trees and Plants Appx. 905.00
TOTAL ESTIMATED S1'y437.00
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF VAN BUREN,
ARKANSAS,
THAT the expenditure of the above sun of money is approved and the Mayor
is authorized and directed to contract for the above and fay for the: :same°
from the Construction Fund account.
