A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING PARTICIPATING IN FLIPPIN PASTURE SEWER PROJECT,
PHASE II WITH THE VAN BUREN WATER AND SEWER DEPARTMENT.
j BE IT ORDMNED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF VAN BUREN, ARKANSAS,
1. That the City of Van Buren, Arkansas hereby appropriate out of surplus money
in the General Fund, not previously appropriated, a sum of money not to exceed
$40,000.00 to be matched dollar for dollar with money appropriated by the Van Buren
Water and Sewer Department previously for a sewer project known and to be known
as the Flippin Pasture Sewer Projedrt that no other funds can be found.
