CITY OF VAN BUREN, ARKANSAS
RESOLUTION NO. -10 -1980
WHEREAS, Bobby Wilson and Billy Wilson have filed with the
City of Van Buren, Arkansas, their petition to close
that part of an alley running behind Lots 4, 5 and 6,
Block 20, Riverside Addition to the City of Van Buren,
Arkansas, that has not been taken as right -of -way for
South 4th Street, and
WHEREAS, the City Council has set a hearing for November
1980, at 7:00 o'clock P.M.:
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
VAN BUREN, ARKANSAS:
THAT, the City Clerk be and she is hereby authorized
and directed to give notice of said hearing by publish-
ing once a week for two consecutive weeks in the Press
Argus newspaper that the petition will be heard on the
2L/ day of November, 1980, at 7:00 o'clock P.M.
