BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF VAN BUREN,
ARKANSAS:
THAT, the Mayor is authorized and directed to accept the high
bid of Lowery Salvage for the three (3) 1979 Ford LTD II Police
Cars advertised, and authorized to sign the titles over to
'Lowery Salvage upon payment of $3,169.99.
