A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE A
WIRE LINE LICENSE WITH THE MISSOURI PACIFIC RAILROAD COMPANY.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF VAN BUREN, AR:
1. THAT, the Mayor is hereby authorized and directed to
execute a Wire Line License dated March 25, 1981, and
the City Clerk is authorized and directed to attest
the same and to impress the seal of the City of Van
Buren, Arkansas, thereto.
2. THAT, a copy of said Wire Line License dated March 25,
1981, is attached hereto and made a part hereof.
