A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING THE BID OF Ace Fence Company, Inc.
ON CHAIN LINK FENCING FOR THE NEW STREET DEPARTMENT FACILITY.
WHEREAS, The Mayor has advertised for bids on chain link fencing
for the new Street Department Facility; and
WHEREAS, The attached bids have been received; and
WHEREAS, The Council feels that the bid of Ace Fence Company,
Inc. is the best bid:
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF VAN
BUREN, ARKANSAS:
THAT, The bid of 3,600.00 from
Ace Fence Company, Inc. is the best
bid and is accepted.
THAT, The Mayor is authorized and directed to pay for same out
of the Street Fund.
