AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND ORDINANCE NO. 7 -1963 FOR THE PURPOSE OF REZONING
CERTAIN PROPERTY IN THE CITY OF VAN BUREN, ARKANSAS, AND AMENDING THE
ZONING MAP OF THE CITY OF VAN BUREN, ARKANSAS,

WHEREAS, Willie Mooney has submitted a petition to rezone Part of
the South Half of the Northeast Quarter, Section 32, Town-
ship 9, North, Range 31 West, Crawford County, Arkansas,
being more particularly described as follows:
Commencing at the Southeast corner of the Northeast
Quarter, Section 32; thence West 710.0 feet along the South
line of said Northeast Quarter, to the point of beginning;
thence North 135.0 feet; thence along the East right of way
line of Flat Rock Drive the next three courses: North 18
00' West 688.0 feet; a curve to the right having a central
angle of 18 00' and a radius of 601.37 feet an arc distance
of 188.93 feet; North 205.0 feet; thence West 275.0 f8et;
thence South 67 00' West 280.0 feet; thence South 74 02'

WHEREAS, Notice of hearing has been published in the newapaper and
posted on the property as required by law; and
WHEREAS, The hearing has been held as required by law; and
WHEREAS, The Planning Commission recommended said zone change; and
WHEREAS, No One has opposed said zone change.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF VAN BUREN,
ARKANSAS:
