RESOLUTION NO. 1983
0 A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO TAKE BIDS ON THREE (3) NEW
POLICE CARS.
WHEREAS, The City of Van Buren needs to replace the three (3)
patrol cars now being used by the Police Department:
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF VAN
BUREN, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1: THAT, the Mayor is authorized and directed
to draft specifications for three (3) new automobiles;
and
SECTION 2. THAT, after said specifications are in-
corporated into a "Notice To Bidder the City Clerk
is authorized and directed to advertise for bids on
said cars.
