ORDINANCE NO. 1983
AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND ORDINANCE NO. 7 1963 FOR THE PURPOSE OF REZONING
CERTAIN PROPERTY IN THE CITY OF VAN BUREN, ARKANSAS, AND AMENDING THE
ZONING MAP OF THE CITY OF VAN BUREN, ARKANSAS.
WHEREAS, Ken McMaster has submitted a Petition to rezone:
Lot 12, Block C, Taylor Addition
to the City of Van Buren, Arkansas,
Crawford County, More commonly known
as 1501 Taylor Street
from R -1 to R -3; and
WHEREAS, Notice of Hearing has been published in the newspaper
and posted on the property as required by law; and
WHEREAS, The Hearing has been held as required by law; and
WHEREAS, The Planning Commission recommended said Zone change:
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF VAN
BUREN, ARKANSAS:
THAT, Lot 12, Block C, Taylor Addition
to the City of Van Buren, Arkansas,
Crawford County, More commonly known
as 1501 Taylor Street,
is rezoned from R -1 to R 3.
