RESOLUTION NO. 3 2 -1984
A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING THE BID OF TUXALL UNIFORMS ON
POLICE AND FIRE DEPARTMENT UNIFORMS.
WHEREAS, The Mayor has advertised for bids on Police and Fire
Department uniforms as authorized by the City Council;
and
WHEREAS, The following bids have been received:

and,
WHEREAS, The Council feels that the bid of TUXALL UNIFORMS
is the best bid:
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF VAN BUREN,
ARKANSAS:
THAT the bid of TUXALL UNIFORMS o f 6,352.63
is the best bid and is accepted.
THAT the Mayor is authorized and directed to purchase the
same out of the General Fund.
