RESOLUTION NO. k 2- -1986
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE SUBMISSION OF AN APPLICATION FOR TAX CREDIT UNDER
THE ARKANSAS ENTERPRISE ZONE PROGRAM FOR MAGNAFORM CORPORATION.
WHEREAS, Magnaform Corporation has expressed interest in taking
advantage of the tax credits under the Arkansas Enter-
prise Zone Program; and
WHEREAS, This business proposes business development activities
within a designated Enterprise Zone in the City of Van
Buren, Arkansas, based on information provided by the
business; and
WHEREAS, This business has agreed to comply with all regulations
established by the Arkansas Industrial Development Com-
mission and the City of Van Buren, Arkansas, in consider-
ation of the Arkansas Enterprise Zone Program:
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF VAN
BUREN, ARKANSAS:
THAT the City of Van Buren, Arkansas, agrees that Magnaform
Corporation be able to submit an Application for Tax Credit
under the Arkansas Enterprise Zone Program.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City agrees to complete
and issue a Certificate of Local Government Endorsement
on behalf of this busines.
