A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE SUBMISSION OF AN APPLICATION FOR TAX
CREDITS UNDER THE ARKANSAS ENTERPRISE ZONE PROGRAM BY STAPLETON
CORPORATION.
WHEREAS, Stapleton Corporation has expressed interest
in taking advantage of tax credits under the
Arkansas Enterprise Zone Program. This
business proposes development activities
within a designated enterprise zone in the
City of Van Buren, Arkansas, based on infor-
mation provided by the business.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF VAN BUREN, ARKANSAS.
THAT, The City of Van Buren, Arkansas, agrees that
Stapleton Corporation be able to submit an
application for tax credits under the Arkansas
Enterprise Zone Program and hereby endorses
its participation in the Program.
