ORDINANCE NO. 02 3 IF -1994
AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND ORDINANCE NO. 7 -1963 FOR THE PURPOSE OF REZONING
CERTAIN PROPERTY IN THE CITY OF VAN BUREN, ARKANSAS, AND AMENDING THE
ZONING MAP OF THE CITY OF VAN BUREN, ARKANSAS.
WHEREAS, Bill Fonville, Troy Fonville and Bobby Holbrook, Owners of
Du -All Construction, Inc., have submitted a Petition to rezone
the following property located within the City of Van Buren,
Arkansas, to -wit:
Lot 10, Block 62 of the Original Town of
Van Buren, Arkansas, Section 25 T -9,
R -32 West, addressed as 410 Sycamore St.
from R -3 to C -2; and
WHEREAS, Notice of Hearing has been published in the newspaper and
posted as required by law; and
WHEREAS, A Public Hearing was held before the Planning Commission on
the 2nd day of August, 1994, and
WHEREAS, The Planning Commission recommended said zone change:
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
VAN BUREN, ARKANSAS:
SECTION I; THAT the said property described herein above is ..hereby
rezoned from R -3 to -,C -2, and the Zoning Map of the City of
Van Buren shall be so amended.
