CITY OF VAN BUREN,ARKANSAS RESOLUTION NO. - 65 2025 BE IT ENACTED BY THE CITY COUNCIL, FOR THE CITY OF VAN BUREN, ARKANSAS, A RESOLUTION TO BE ENTITLED: A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING THE BID OF IRON SHIELD ROOFING AND RESTORATION, LLC, FOR THE VAN BUREN FIRE DEPARTMENT ROOFING PROJECT; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES. WHEREAS, the City of Van Buren has advertised for bids in a local publication concerning the roofing project located at 1234 East Northridge Drive for the Fire Department building; and WHEREAS, bids have been received and opened in accordance with Arkansas law and the lowest bidder for the remodel is Iron Shield Roofing and Restoration, LLC. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF VAN BUREN, ARKANSAS, THAT: SECTION 1: The City of Van Buren, Arkansas accepts the bid of$93,071.36 from Iron Shield Roofing and Restoration, LLC., as set forth in"Exhibit A" attached hereto.
