A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING THE BID OF Forsgren, Inc. FOR OVERLAY ON
A PORTION OF INDUSTRIAL PARK ROAD.
WHEREAS, The Mayor has advertised for bids for overlay on a portion
of Industrial Park Road; and
WHEREAS, The following bids have been received:
Foy Brown Construction, Inc. BID OF 60,568.50
Forsgren, Inc. BID OF 51,698.90
Township Builders, Inc. BID OF 85,482.00
McCormick Asphalt Paving, Inc. BID OF 65,841.88
BID OF
and;
WHEREAS, The Council feels that the bid of Forsgren, Inc.
of 51,698.90 is the best bid:
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF VAN
BUREN, :ARKANSAS:
THAT, The bid of 51,698.90 of Forsgren. Inc.
is accepted.
THAT, The Mayor is authorized and directed to pay for same out
of Street Fund.
