WHEREAS, The Mayor has advertised for bids on the vehicle mentioned
above; and
WHEREAS, The attached bid has been received; and
WHEREAS, The Council feels the bid of $400.00 (four hundred dollars)
by Randy Clayton is acceptable:
NOW, THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF VAN BUREN,
ARKANSAS:
THAT the Mayor is authorized and directed to accept the bid
as outlined above and is authorized to sign the title upon
payment of the amount as listed above.
