0 RESOLUTION NO. 1996
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO ADVERTISE FOR BIDS FOR A
BACKHOE FOR THE STREET DEPARTMENT.
WHEREAS, The City of Van Buren Street Department needs a
backhoe in order to better meet its obligation to
serve the citizens of Van Buren.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE lT RESOLVED BY THE CPhY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF VAN IIUREN, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1: THAT the Mayor is authorized and directed to have
drafted the specifications desired for a backhoe.
SECTION 2: THAT after said specifications are incorporated into
a "Notice To Bidder the City Clerk is authorized
and directed to advertise for bids for said backhoe.
