The centerline of said easement being more particularly described as follows: Commencing at the Northeast corner of said Lot 154; thence N 86°50'00" W, 10.00 feet along the North line of said Lot 154 to the Point of Beginning of said centerline of easement; thence along said centerline the following Four (4) courses: S 07°04'49" W, 98.56 feet; S 13°00'40" E, 60.38 feet; S 48°29'09" E, 54.39 feet; S 17°01'02" E, 20.86 feet to a point on the West right of way line of Upland Drive being S 55°57'06" W, 7.67 feet from the Southwest corner of said Lot 154 and the point of termination of said centerline of easement. Outer boundary lines of said easement to be lengthened or shortened so as to terminate at the North line of said Lot 154 and the West right of way line of Upland Drive. See Exhibit "A" attached hereto and hereby made a part of this instrument, with right of ingress and egress to and from the same. TO HAVE AND TO HOLD said Easement unto said GRANTEE, its successors and assigns forever.
