RESOLUTION NO. 6-3 -1998
A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE REPLAT OF LOTS 44A 44B, BLOCK 1,
VISTA PLACE ADDITION, IN THE CITY OF VAN BUREN, ARKANSAS.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF VAN BUREN,
ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1: That subject to the assurances provided in the Subdivision Regulations
being executed to assure that all improvements are put in, the replat of
Lots 44, 45, 46, 47, and 48, Block 1, Vista Place Addition, into Lots
44A and 44B, is approved.
SECTION 2: That the Mayor is authorized and directed to sign said replat plan and
the City Clerk is authorized and directed to attest same upon the filing
of the assurities mentioned above.
