Weaver St-N. 17th--Blk 11 Fairmount.. RESOLUTION .- WHEREAS Robert P. C{elly and Juanita[ B. welly, husband and wife, gnd Robert W. Qelly,and Willie Parohman welly, husband and wife, have filed a petition, _.:.-�. e ,with the City Council of the City of Van �, _ �. ,, Buren, Arkansas, to vacate and abandon in favor of the abutting property owners That portion of Weaver Street between poplar Street on the South and the right=of-way of the St. Louis - San Francisco Railway Company on the North, said street being 60 feet wide and 150 feet long, more or le se, and being bounded by Lots 5, 6, and 7 of Block 11, Fairmount Addition to'the Original City'of Van Buren, on the West, and by Lot 9, Block 10, Fairmount Addition to the Original City of Van Buren on the east; and, WHEREAS, a certified copy of the official city plat on file. with the Circuit Clerk and Recorder of Crawford County (and showing in red the street herein sought to be vacated), has been filed and attached as an exhibit to said petition; and, WHEREAS, it appears that said petition is duly verified and states on its face that petitioners are all of the owners of property abutting on said street; and, V7HEREAB: said petition states on its face that said street has not been used as such since it was dedicated and has not been used by the public generally for a period of more than five (5) years subsequent to the filing of the official plat of the City in the Office of the Circuit Clerk and Recorder of Crawford County; '•NOW, THEREFORE; be it resolved by the City Council of the City of Van Buren, Arkansas, that the City Clerk of said city shall give notice, by publication in the Van Buren Press Argus, (a newspaper �ubliahed in Crawford Count y, and having a general circulation in he City of Van Buren ) once a week for two (2) consecutive weeks, bz.obsz,c2 oMueta ,.., .rat 1. • 47J7 II� 9r Leu' VLTKWUs�a' ;o A9G%W4G' �Ytq spVuOil ` Tr ZWA.OL.
