described as follows:
Commencing at an existing stone marking toe Southwest Corner of the
Northwest Quarter of the Southwest Quarter Thence along the West line of
said Forty, North 02 degrees 58 minutes 54 seconds East, 329.89 feet to
fence corner and the Point of Beginning. T'vence continuing along said West
line, North 02 degrees 58 minutes 54 secords East, 449.54 feet to an existing
right of way marker on the North right of way line of Bekeort Drive, some
being the South right of way line of Interstate 40. Thence leaving said West
line and along the North right of way line of said Bekeart Drive and the South
right of way line of said Interstate 40, South 75 degrees 50 minutes 26
seconds East, 1,318.48 feet to an existing right of way marker. Thence leaving
the South right of way line of Interstate 40 and continuing along the North
right of way line of Bekeort Drive, around a curve to the left having a radius
of 524.28 feet, and subtended by a chord bearing and distance of South 81
degrees 23 minutes 24 seconds East, 25.29 feet to a set rebor with cap on
the East line of the Northwest Quarter of tire Southwest Quarter. Thence
leaving said right of way line and along the East line of said Forty, South 02
degrees 56 minutes 04 seconds West, 180.34 feet to on existing nail. Thence
leaving said East line, North 87 degrees 30 minutes 07 seconds West, 1,318.83
feet to the Point of Beginning, containing 9,50 acres and subject to Rood
Rights of Way and any Easements of Record
